when in the past I was a little thing I can not do
is to rank achievements in the classroom. There are many things in my life to
be a higher-performing students. especially my efforts in learning to learn and
thanks to my loyal support of my parents until now I managed. I got a
scholarship and following the Olympic competition in Bandung. in toil
eventually I got a champion and given a charter by my school. to this day I can
still maintain my achievements. besides, I can not playing badminton. My father
taught me of the various techniques of playing badminton. I learned to
persevere until I could until I can play with your friends - I once played with
both my parents. when I was a kid could not do read a book until I ignore that
instructed my teacher. but slowly I started to do by reading books such as
comics, book knowledge, and novels but now I can make a book. I too can not
learn math because I did not understand the matter of small moment. but thanks
to my father and mother, I taught until I was good at math and I could do to
teach my younger classes. there are many things that I could not do in
childhood, but I am grateful to now be able to do what I want only my dreams
unfulfilled. but I always found support from family, teachers, and my friends.
In
order to have a healthier life, what should you do less or more ?
there are a lot of things there is to do to have a
healthy life. but there are some things that you should not be done if you have
a healthy life. The first thing you should do is have breakfast, do not you
forget sekalipu breakfast. many people do not think the breakfast can lose
weight. research experts even say that eating breakfast can help people to
manage their weight. A healthy breakfast is the meal that does not have the
nutrients that affect your health. breakfast is also an important part of a
balanced diet, as well as take vitamin and mineral drink plenty of water in
order to create good health. second, stop eating foods containing fat or high
calories such as fried foods, fast foods, fried or fried chips or fried foods
that have been in. but an awful lot you can do to have a healthy life such as
eating vegetables, fruits and foremost is a sport for the creation of perfect
health as jogging, jumping rope, and doing gym. You can find ways to fit more
activity into your daily life. For example, try getting off the bus one stop
early on the way home from work, jogging and running well. After getting off,
remember not to indulge with treats that are high energy. Remember all of this
